We recently had the privilege of chatting with the incredible Vivek Mahbubani (阿V), a bilingual stand-up comedian! When we asked him about his sense of belonging in Hong Kong, his response was nothing short of heartwarming: "I was born and raised in Hong Kong, so I consider it my home.
I consider myself a HongKonger and even make sure when I travel and do comedy shows overseas, that the host introduces me as "from Hong Kong". This place has shaped the way I think and the lifestyle I like to lead so I don't feel like an outsider, but feel like I'm part of Team Hong Kong.”
What an inspiring sentiment!
Diversity Hub was thrilled to host Vivek as a guest-speaker during our Voices of Tomorrow training session. His talk left us all motivated and eager for more!

-
Interpersonal Skills: Building a connection with your listeners.
-
Presentation Techniques: Facilitating understanding of your concepts.
