Inspiring Girls hosted their workshop, "EmpowerHer Future", at Diversity Hub for our ethnically diverse female students aged 14-16. This innovative career and financial literacy programme supports girls during a critical time for their growth and confidence-building.
The role models who attended the workshop shared valuable insights from their own experiences and encouraged the girls to adopt a positive attitude toward finances. Additionally, the giant Monopoly game added a fun element to the event!
As a result of this workshop series, we were invited to participate in the Empower Her Future Pitching Competition. Our very own Zhara was selected to take part in this exciting competition. She had two mentoring sessions and, on the day of the event, pitched her idea focused on sustainability, through clothing recycling. We were all impressed by her confidence and innovative ideas!
